These rules are subject to change at any time.
1. Only members of the Character Development Team are allowed to post new characters.
2. If you have want to change a character, please post your suggestion in that respective character's topic. Post the suggestion clearly.
3. Follow the character's rules.
4. You can suggest characters but only if there a character that actually fights without transforming into something.
5. If me Anime Arena Master says a reason why the character can't be added don't try to argue unless it's a good reason.
6. To be apart of the Character Development Team you must be able to have an imagination for the characters andmust no alot about them. You must be good about providing information.
